Anyone Can Be a Donor, That’s Right – Anyone!
We encourage anyone and everyone to give to the Unity Foundation.

     -we offer a number of options that meet your giving goals:
the amount and type of donation, the programs and organizations in LaPorte County where your donation is directed, the financial and tax-advantaged benefits to you.

You become a donor when you:

Start your own fund
All it takes to start your own fund is a minimum donation of $5,000. Donors may create any type of fund: agency fund, community fund, donor-advised fund, field-of-interest fund, scholarship or award. Contribute to an existing fund
You can give any amount at any time to any of the approximately 150 funds under the Unity banner, from the Affordable Housing Fund to the Washington Park Zoon Fund. We receive many gifts of this kind “In Honor of” or “In Memory of” a loved one. All are mentioned in our annual community report.

Contribute directly to the Unity Foundation
Help Unity help LaPorte County with your donation to the Unity Operating Endowment Fund or the Unity Foundation Operating Fund. These two funds directly support day-to-day operations. By donating directly, you are helping ensure that the Unity Foundation will be here to help LaPorte County people for years to come.

Join the Friends of Unity
If you’re not ready or able to start a fund, the Friends of Unity is a great way to be involved in our work as a Power for Good. Become a member with an annual gift of $25 and up. Our Friends are mentioned in our annual community report, and are invited to Unity Foundation events. Donations to Friends will help Unity to do its good work. Gifts can be made automatically via MasterCard or Visa when it's convenient for you.

Strengthen exponentially the ability of your nonprofit to serve its mission. Collaboration with Unity gives you the advantages of our services and advocacy.
